The same address your receipt went to. There is no password and no account to create.

Confirm it is you from that inbox
We send a message to the address so nobody else can touch your subscriptions. Open it and you are in.

Cancel, or change what you need
Every active subscription is listed with the store it belongs to. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Why PayNow shows on the charge
PayNow is the Merchant of Record for the stores that run on it: game servers, gaming communities and software companies. That means our name is on the charge and we handle the receipt, refunds and payment questions, while the subscription itself is with the store you bought from. Cancelling here stops the renewals; anything else about a charge, our support team can sort out.
