1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and terms for users and Subscriber Store Operators who wish to cancel subscriptions or recurring payments made through PayNow (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy as part of PayNow.gg’s Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1. User & Subscriber Store Operator Responsibility for Cancellation
- Users may cancel their active subscriptions at any time through the PayNow subscription management portal, accessible at https://checkout.paynow.gg/subscriptions.
- Subscriber Store Operators who subscribe to PayNow services can manage and cancel their subscriptions directly within their Subscriber Store Operator portal under the Billing section.
- Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future recurring charges but does not entitle the user or Subscriber Store Operator to a refund for previous payments.
2.2. Access to Services Post-Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, users and Subscriber Store Operators will retain access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds or partial billing cycle refunds will be issued.
2.3. Subscriber Store Operator-Specific Terms
- Individual Subscriber Store Operators may have their own refund and cancellation policies. Users must refer to the respective Subscriber Store Operator’s policies before initiating a purchase.
- PayNow is not responsible for enforcing cancellation or refund terms set by Subscriber Store Operators.
- Subscriber Store Operators remain responsible for managing their store’s customer refunds and cancellations.
- PayNow does not issue refunds for Subscriber Store Operator subscription fees unless a verified billing error has occurred (see Section 4).
3. Refunds and Chargebacks
3.1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are not issued by PayNow directly for customer transactions with Subscriber Store Operators. Users seeking refunds must contact the Subscriber Store Operator from whom the purchase was made.
- If the Subscriber Store Operator approves a refund, PayNow will facilitate the transaction in accordance with its standard refund processing terms.
- If a Subscriber Store Operator declines a refund request, the decision is final, and PayNow will not override the Subscriber Store Operator’s refund policy.
- Subscriber Store Operators subscribing to PayNow services are not eligible for refunds for past payments upon cancellation unless a verified billing error has occurred (see Section 4).
3.2. Unauthorized Transactions & Chargebacks
- Users disputing a charge must contact the Subscriber Store Operator or PayNow.gg’s support team for resolution before initiating a chargeback.
- Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension from using PayNow.gg’s services.
4. Exceptional Cases for Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Billing Errors
- In cases of duplicate charges or other billing errors, users must report the issue to PayNow.gg’s support within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Verified billing errors will be corrected, and if necessary, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
4.2. Fraudulent Transactions
- If a user believes their account has been compromised, they must immediately contact PayNow support.
- PayNow reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and may temporarily suspend affected accounts during the review.
5. Contact and Support
- Users and Subscriber Store Operators experiencing issues with cancellations can contact PayNow Support by emailing [email protected].
- Refund requests should be directed to the Subscriber Store Operator from whom the product or service was purchased.
6. Amendments to This Policy
- PayNow reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the PayNow website or other official communication channels.
By using PayNow.gg, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy as part of the overall Terms of Service.
